We want you to feel confident ordering from Prism & Ink. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, affected by a printing issue, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us and we’ll work quickly to make it right.

As all of our products are made to order especially for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or unwanted items. Please check our size guide carefully before placing your order.

If There’s an Issue With Your Order

Please email info@prismandink.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days and will let you know the next steps as quickly as possible. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

Please Note

  • Slight variations in print placement, colour tones, or garment measurements can occur as part of the production process.
  • Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
  • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
